Do you use subcontractors? No, all work is done in-house with the rare exception of painting and floor sanding. What payment terms do you offer? We typically require a 5% deposit on contract signing which allows us to block out time for your project.  Then, we typically require a 30% payment the first week of work in the form of check, cash, or money order followed by timely progress payments as the job progresses.  Do you accept credit cards? Yes, we can accept credit card payments via Pay Pal.  We prefer checks but if you would like to make a credit card payment, simply contact us to make arrangements.  Sometimes a convenience charge will apply. Do you offer free estimates? Yes, contact us to discuss your project in detail. Do you use dust protection? Yes, we do use dust protection.
